Habitat for Humanity Benefit Dinner
Habitat for Humanity will host our Annual Fundraising Event, Saturday, October 13, at Inner Light Center, and we need your help!
PRE-EVENT VOLUNTEERS: Friday, October 12, 3pm-6pm: Assist with facility and silent auction set-up, kitchen organization and light food prep. You do not need food service experience for this opportunity. Wear comfortable clothes.
EXPERIENCED CULINARY VOLUNTEERS: Saturday, October 13, 3pm –10pm. Organize and tray appetizers, provide table service, pass appetizers, attend to the soup/salad station and the beverage bar, and pitch in for clean-up. Wear black Pants and white top.
EVENT VOLUNTEERS: Saturday, October 13, 3pm –10pm. Work with a team of volunteers to put the finishing touches on the facility, complete silent auction set-up and pitch in for clean-up. The non-culinary tasks do not require prior experience, and are open to all interested Volunteers. Wear black Pants and white top.
This is a unique opportunity to work with an experienced event coordinator and gain food and event experience. Your donation of time will be a wonderful gift to our community in support of Habitat for Humanity Monterey Bay, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing homeownership to qualified low income families in Santa Cruz and Monterey.
