Project Homeless Connect is a one-day community wide event that provides housing support and quality of life resources to individuals experiencing homelessness in our community. Volunteers assist homeless clients in navigating the services available. Help them identify what services they'd like to receive and access them. Many services are available such as California identification, dental care, disability benefits, hygiene products, medical care, mental health services, substance abuse treatment, clean socks, and a warm meal.
