Our Mission is to help end world poverty in this lifetime. Our Vision is a world where everyone has the chance to prosper and participate in the world market. If 4.5 million women can sell 6.9 billion dollars of Avon products, imagine what 4.5 million women could do by selling crafts to improve the lives of the poorest people in the world at home parties much like the Avon business model. Our goals are: Empowerment of the world's poor, especially women by helping them find a market for the crafts they create, even in the midst of violence, war and poverty. Creating job opportunities that provide a living wage, both here and abroad. Educate and train local women to run their own successful small business while helping the poorest women in the world sell their crafts. Create sustainable avenues of income for artisans and women reps in the US. Research shows that when a woman is empowered to support herself, the entire community benefits, children are the first priority of mothers. Health care, education, birth control, nutrition and medical needs are greatly improved regardless of the background or nationality.
