Organization Profile

SPARC is an acronym which stands for "Services and Programs Assisting Residents in our Communities." These services and programs have included health resource fairs, after-school enrichment, college scholarships, food programs, exercise classes, holiday assistance programs and a multitude of other health and education related services addressing the specific needs of a given community. SPARC encourages, and takes into consideration, the suggestions given by residents when selecting programs.
SPARC works with 20 affordable housing communities throughout Northern and Southern California. Of the thousands of residents that live in the communities we serve, approximately 80% are lower-income households.
These programs can be offered to residents at little to no cost.
