Bike Valet Assistant - Friends of State Parks Birthday

The following is what Bike Valet entails:

  • Setting up and breaking down canopies, bike racks and other event materials
  • Greeting customers when they arrive
  • Providing a great customer service experience with a positive and welcoming demeanor
  • Coordinating intake and return of bicycles
  • Wheeling bikes to/from bike racks
  • Lifting bicycles onto/off of bike racks
  • Monitoring bikes during event

NOTE: Volunteers aged 13 to 17, who are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian are required to bring a copy of the waiver form, signed by his/her parent or guardian, to the Bike Valet Coordinator via email or the day of the event. Without this form, the minor will not be able to volunteer. Please contact events@bikesantacruzcounty.org for the form.
