Beach Cleanup at Main Beach

Looking for a fun, meaningful way to give back this Summer? Join Inspector Planet and the Volunteer Center of Santa Cruz, for a community-wide beach cleanup.

Come soak up the sunshine, enjoy the ocean views, connect with neighbors and new friends, and help us keep Main Beach and Cowell's Beach beautiful.

This is the perfect volunteer activity to do with friends, family, coworkers—or just meet new people who care about our coast!

Sunday October 26th, 2025 from 10am-12pm
Meet on the deck next to the Beach Street Bathrooms and Ideal Bar & Grill:
106 Beach St, Santa Cruz.

9:30am-10am --- Check-in
10am-12pm we will clean up the beach!

Middle School and High School students are welcome to attend without and adult, but must pre-register and complete the YouthSERVE permission form HERE. You may also sign the form when you arrive at the event.
