Youth Development Volunteer

Youth Development Volunteers have 3 different locations/areas they can choose to volunteer with. Each provides various levels of programming to their participants from game nights, sports, science, and more. Join our team of volunteers dedicated to assisting teammates with their specific enrichment programs on an as needed basis.

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of youth enrichment programs.
  • Follow and give verbal and written directions.
  • Supervise program activities and participants.
  • Maintain facility and equipment in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Respond calmly and efficiently in all situations, including emergencies.
  • Observe and enforce safety regulations to secure safety of activity, participants and spectators.
  • Provide excellent customer service, to include professionally and politely communicating with participants, parents, and teammates.
  • Maintain order, discipline and good public relations.

Volunteers must be at least 15 years old, complete training, fingerprinting/background check before beginning to volunteer.
