Help us support our Santa Cruz community at our upcoming Santa Cruz Launchpad event by volunteering on May 21, 2025!
We have several important roles to fill:
Welcome Team (Check-In): Your friendly face and efficient service at the check-in table will set a positive tone for all attendees. You'll manage registration, distribute materials, and answer initial questions. (4:30pm-7:00pm)
Parking Pro: Help ensure a smooth flow for attendees by assisting with parking validation. You will help guests scan their parking ticket before they leave the event and make their exit a breeze! (4:45pm-7:00pm)
Info Guru (Q&A): Empower attendees by providing them with the information they need to make the most of Santa Cruz Launchpad. You'll answer questions and guide them to relevant resources and employers. (4:45pm-7:00pm)
Load-In Assistance: Lend a hand to participating employers as they set up their booths and materials. This may involve carrying boxes/equipment, directing them to their assigned spaces, and ensuring they have what they need for a successful day. (3:45pm-5pm)
