YouthSERVE Summer Institute

Join YouthSERVE this summer and give back to our community while having fun in the process! The YouthSERVE Summer Institute is a free 4-week program that helps youth gain community service hours, collaborate with peers, and realize their power to transform our community through service.
Our group will meet 4-days during the weeks for the following sessions: 

Session 1: June 19 - 22 - Projects focus on food systems and food security. We will be at the Second Harvest Food Bank, Homeless Garden Project, Grey Bears and the City of Santa Cruz Parks Department.

Session 2: June 26 - 29 - Projects focus on environmental impact and we will be serving in parks and open spaces throughout Santa Cruz County.

Session 3: July 24 - 27 - Projects focus on food systems and food security. We will be at the Second Harvest Food Bank, Homeless Garden Project, Grey Bears and the City of Santa Cruz Parks Department.

Session 4: July 31 - August 3 - Projects focus on environmental impact and we will be serving in parks and open spaces throughout Santa Cruz County.

We recommend attending 2 consecutive weeks, but you may join for one or more weeks.
