Opportunity Details
We are operating a weekly food distribution every Friday at the Live Oak Health Center.
We provide a walk-up style food distribution, giving away bags of fresh produce and boxes of non-perishable goods to anyone in the community. Volunteers help out by loading the tables with the food items or assisting community members by carrying their food to their vehicles.
We currently distribute food from 3:00pm to 4:00pm and begin clean-up at 3:45pm or sooner if we run out of food. We ask that volunteers set aside time from 2:15 to 4:30pm to account for set-up and clean-up.
