VOLUNTEER WITH NEIGHBORHOOD COURTS

Neighborhood Courts is seeking Volunteers to support our community-driven, diversion. program by repairing harm using restorative justice principles.

Neighborhood Counts is a restorative justice-based diversion program designed to increase community safety, create community-driven solutions to crime and address the harms and needs of the victims, participants, and community.

  • Facilitate restorative justice conferences
  • Support people who've caused harm to understand the impacts of their actions and work toward repair
  • Participate in creating community-driven solutions to crime and wrongdoing
We are accepting applications until July 19, 2024

Volunteers receive extensive training and all volunteers must be able to attend the following training dates:
  • Monday, October 21, 2024, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, October 23, 2024, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
  • Monday, October 28, 2024, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, November 2, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Monday, November 4, 2024, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
