Safe Families for Children is a family preservation movement with the mission of creating a world where children are safe and families are transformed through radically compassionate communities.
You can join our team and support faimilies by using your media and tech skills. Volunteers create social media posts, help spreading the Safe Families movement with our community agencies, those needing support, etc.
We are also greatly in need of fundraising support! Become a member of our team to help with fundraising events and donor relations.
Being a volunteer with Safe Families is very flexible, most volunteers give between 1-5 hours per week.
Being a volunteer with SFFC is extremely rewarding! We often hear from our volunteers that although they became a part of the movement to help others, that they too gained so much through the experience. Volunteers share that being a part of SFFC is rewarding and impactful on their entire family.
We provide on-going optional trainings related to supporting the populations we support.
If intern hours are needed, we are happy to verify this for your school or workplace.
