Virtual Senior Tech Support AT HOME VOLUNTEER PROJECT

Focus on helping seniors sign up for online services such as grocery and medication deliveries. Nextdoor is also a great resource to keep seniors connected to those in their neighborhood if they need help or someone to talk to.
 
  • Seniors and volunteers will be matched
  • Choose a communication platform that each party is comfortable with
  • Volunteers are encouraged to help seniors with online tools such as setting up prescription delivery and ordering groceries online
  • Help seniors set up a favorites list on their phone to make it easier for them to contact important phone numbers
