Race Path Monitors

The Dia de los Muertos Festival and 5K/3K will be held in Live Oak on Sunday, October 27th.

We need volunteers to be along the race path to help monitor the event. We need volunteers from 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM. 


General event information:
Join the Boys and Girls Clubs of Santa Cruz County, Santa Cruz County Parks, and El Rosal Bakery for Día de los Muertos Festival & 5K/3K.  

This community event will bring families together for a day of fitness and fun while celebrating Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead). Fundraising will support youth programs in Santa Cruz County. 

A family-friendly 5k/3k Run/Walk along the ocean will kick off the 7th Annual Día de  Los Muertos Festival in the heart of Live Oak in Santa Cruz, CA. 

This fun and inclusive community event will feature a diverse line-up of traditional Mexican dance, colorful costumes, face painting, special performances, homemade altars (ofrendas), and food vendors.
