FREE TRAINING FOR VOLUNTEER COORDINATORS:
Create an annual plan for volunteer recruitment
and retention
Are you constatly struggling to recruit the right volunteers for your program?
Do you have all the volunteers you need until they all go on vacation for 3 months?
Have you ever been ghosted by a volunteer?
Join Christina Thurston on May 15th and build your annual plan for volunteer recruitment and retention. We'll examine your program's unique needs throughout the year and collaborate to build a plan - so you can be ahead of your volunteer needs.
This training is open to AmeriCorps members, nonprofit staff, board members and volunteers. Everyone who attends should bring their calendar (on your phone is fine) and needs to have a general understanding of the types of volunteers your program needs.
Space is limited to 10 people in person (and 10 people can join us via the internet).
