Wednesday Market Greeter

Homeless Services Center partners with individuals and families to create pathways out of their homelessness into permanent housing. We hold firmly to a vision that homelessness in Santa Cruz County should be rare, brief, and non-recurring.

Every Wednesday the Homeless Service Center hosts a free market for the homeless to receive clothes and food items!

The Wednesday Market team works together to:
  • Set up and break down the Market
  • Receives donations from the community
  • Oversees the operations of the market
  • Works with our safety team to maintain a friendly environment!

Volunteers are needed every Wednesday from 9AM-2PM.

This is a great opportunity to help distribute necessities to a very vulnerable population, as well as meet with other members of the community dedicated to do the same!
