There are 3 stations at the drive through vaccination process that you may be assigned to. They include: confirming that community members have an appointment, bringing supplies to various stations, complete paperwork with community members before they receive the COVID-19 vaccine, supporting vaccinators with preparation and directing traffic.
*Please note that we are especially in need of volunteers that are billingual in English and Spanish; if a shift is full please add yourself to the waitlist.
You may also be assigned as a floater to provide breaks for other volunteers. All positions are outside and require standing on concrete for up to 4-hours, so please only volunteer for this project if you are able to stand for long periods. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes and prepare for sun. Please also wear a face covering (masks are available if you need one). Rain protection will be provided if needed.
A half hour lunch break as well as regular breaks will be provided to all volunteers throughout the day.
Full Day shift: 8am - 4:00pm

Afternoon shift: 12pm to 5pm
A Just In Time training will be provided at the beginning of your shift, and volunteers for the afternoon shift will get a debrief from the morning volunteers.
