MLK Day UCSC Arboretum Workday

Spend your MLK Day in the beautiful UCSC Arboretum and Botanic Garden!

January 21, 2019

Sometimes we all need a little help staying on path.  The Arboretum is seeking your assistance this MLK Day with making our paths more defined, level and user friendly so that visitors can enjoy our gardens without obstacles or confusion.  

Help beautify  the California Conservation Garden (CCG), a library for rare and endangered plant communities of the Central Coast!

Tasks will include spreading DG on pathways using wheelbarrows and shovels AND weeding in the California Conservation Garden.
