Sheep to Shawl Fiber Arts Fair at Live Earth Farm

Volunteer at our event on March 24th where the public will see the transformation of freshly sheared wool into woven products. We need help setting up the event, running the demonstrations and taking it down. Volunteers will help us show that transformation by staffing our activities stations.

Stations include cleaning the wool, dying the wool, carding, spinning, and weaving. No experience necessary. The activities are simple and quickly learned. There are fiber arts experts at the event as well to help everyone learn something new.

Shifts on March 24th:
Set up and first activities station shifts: 9:00am-12:30pm
Tear down and second activities shifts: 12:00am-3:30pm
Please help out for at least 3 hours.
