Project lead harnesses the power of volunteers to accomplish needed projects in our community. The program trains dedicated volunteer leaders to manage volunteers during short-term projects for non-profits across the county. Volunteer leaders inspire & support community volunteers to get involved in exciting, hands-on, drop-in projects that meet critical community needs. Our volunteer leaders receive excellent training and gain great experience leading projects ranging from pantry sorts at the Pajaro Valley Loaves & Fishes Pantry to restorations at the Historic Evergreen Cemetery. Leaders can choose to lead a project on a one-time basis or 'adopt a project' to lead on a recurring basis.
