What Do Community Outreach Volunteers Do? As a Community Outreach volunteer you would be spreading the word about our Transportation Program to the Watsonville, Aptos and Freedom communities. We would provide you with our marketing materials and a list of places that have agreed to display our signs and brochures. You can chose as many or as few places you'd like to visit. You'll drop off materials and give a brief overview of our program. (You can also sign up to work our Watsonville Volunteer Center booth at Watsonville Farmer's Market on Sundays.)

What Does the Transportation Program Do? The Watsonville Volunteer Center's Transportation Program is a free transportation service brought to you through the generosity of our volunteer drivers. We offer free, round-trip transportation for senior and disable folk who need to make essential trips (such as trips to the doctors, the grocery store or the bank.) For more information and other ways to get involved with the Transportation Program visit  http://www.scvolunteercenter.com/programs/elderly-disabled/volunteer-transportation/
