If you love the outdoors and enjoy working in nature The Pregnant Mare Rescue needs a group of 1-5 volunteers . Thursday June 1st from 10am to 4pm we will be renting a wood chipper and collecting all small branches and debris on 2 acres. We have had over 100 euc's removed and there is remaining brush that needs to be collected & chipped up. We have rescued 4 mares all with foals at their side..and they are arriving in about 2 weeks. This clean up needs to happen before they arrive. There is NO poision oak, wear gloves and close toed shoes. ice cold refreshing well water provided. We will be working from 10 am -4pm. If you can come for 2 or more hours we need your help!
