If you share our passion for spreading awareness and action for environmental issues, join Ecology Action’s dedicated team of dozens of volunteers who participate in the annual Earth Day event held in San Lorenzo Park on Saturday, April 22nd.Hosted by Ecology Action, the City of Santa Cruz, and Santa Cruz County, Earth Day brings together businesses, non-profit organizations and government agencies to engage community members in a celebration of our natural resources. Earth Day is a fun, exciting and family-friendly event which aims to educate, motivate and activate county residents in the largest environmental event of the greater Santa Cruz community. Help us continue to continue this tradition of environmental awareness and activism in Santa Cruz by joining the Earth Day volunteer team! Ecology Action is seeking volunteers for a number of shifts and responsibilities - ranging from basic set up to assisting in the various educational and interactive booths that will be featured.
